Handyman Rates

HST is added to all labour charges.

Any time spent sourcing/handling /collecting materials is charged at the hourly rates but billed in half hour increments.

I require at least 2 working days notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a job appointment.

I book appointment times in 1 hour time slots. Rates are based upon working within the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Outside of these hours, the hourly charge is increased by 50%. 20% payment is normally required at beginning of the job and the remainder when the job is complete.

For larger jobs taking more than a day or for specialist work, I would be pleased to provide a quotation upon request.
